I’m the Principal of Plus Notable, a dedicated project sales and marketing firm built as a joint venture with Plus Agency. I run the business alongside Peter Li, with offices across Castle Hill, Chatswood, and Burwood. As of 2025, we’ve contributed to over $1 billion in project sales, helping developers achieve strong results across Sydney’s most competitive markets.

We specialise in off-the-plan sales, launching and selling residential developments with a hands-on, data-driven approach. Our track record spans boutique apartments, large-scale masterplans, and townhouse communities – delivering value from pre-launch to sell-out.

I’m also the owner of Notable Property Group, our property management arm led by my wife Irene, who oversees leasing and asset management for our investor clients. Together, we offer a full-spectrum service from acquisition to post-settlement and beyond.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, I’ve marketed and sold homes across both the Hills District and wider Northwest Sydney, and more recently expanded to the Upper & Lower North Shore and St George area.
